This presidential election has weighed heavily on my mind. Maybe it's because I'm getting older and (hopefully) more mature and concerned with our country's welfare. Maybe it's because I am raising children and worry for their future, which is affected by the decisions our leaders make
now. Maybe it's because this seems to me to be one of the toughest and most important presidential elections Americans have faced--at least in my short 12 years of voting experience. Whatever the reason, I am grateful that I have the privilege to go to the voting booth and put my 2 cents in on who I think should be the next President of the United States.

Amen sister, I just voted, and now I need a nap.
I am so jealous. You get to vote and I don't because I'm a stinking foreigner. But at least Mark will vote for the same person I would, if I could.
I just went to a voting station for the first time in my life and it was exhilarating! I felt like a true blue American, it was great!
